✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The original packing, tags, and invoice are intact
⚠️ Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered

Change of mind or personal preference (color/design choice)

Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
🔄 Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value

If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be processed

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), Royalsloom will bear the return shipping cost
