🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Royalsloom

At Royalsloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering premium-quality men’s fabrics. However, if you receive a product that does not meet our standards, we are here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The original packing, tags, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered

  • Change of mind or personal preference (color/design choice)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be processed

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer or

    • Store credit (customer preference)

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), Royalsloom will bear the return shipping cost

  • Otherwise, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility
